  CORONA VIRUS - A blessing in disguise Corona virus a deadly virus that has spread throughout the world started from the city of China, Wuhan. The outbreak of corona virus has shaken the globe when the world was looking forward to welcome the New Year with great enthusiasm on the other side, China was struggling to get over this pandemic from December 2019. This deadly virus is also known as COVID-19. From January 2020 on wards, it started spreading drastically in the other parts of the world. It is also compared to Spanish flu 1918 which took millions of lives. Now the scientists of the world are united to find the cure and vaccine of this virus.  In India, on march 24, a complete lockdown was declared for the next 21 days in order to control the spread of this disease. During this time, many NGOs came forward to help the poor and downtrodden  of the society to serve them and to provide them food for their living. Meditation - a boon

  Do we really need to MEDITATE to combat with the stress ??? Meditation has been a part of our Indian culture since thousands of years. Even the hindu diety,  Lord Shiva and Meditation are inextricable. In the recent years, where there is chaos and anxiety everywhere Meditation plays a vital role to deal with these issues. It is also scientifically proven that a person who meditates daily is much emotionally stable and stronger than others.   Here are some windfalls of doing meditation on regular basis : - ·      It reduces stress and anxiety ·      Sharpen the memory ·      It brings a person closer to the God and spirituality. ·      Increases the power of imagination and creativity. ·      Reduce negative emotions.     PS this is my first blog.
